I have LPC3250 OEM Board. I was unable to do kickstart in that board since uboot.bin has already been ported. i need to overwrite or erase uboot.bin and have to start from kickstart stage1 loader. How do i need to do that. Please help me to resolve the problem . Thanks in Advance.

The best place to start is here: http://www.lpclinux.com/LPC32xx/WebTopicList

That site has detailed instructions on restoring the bootloaders on the LPC3250 OEM (EA, Phytec, and FDI) board.
The Stage 1 Loader (S1L) is optional, but the kickstart loader isn't.

The instructions below assume the EA board.

If you don't want S1L, go here:
http://www.lpclinux.com/LPC32xx/LPC32x0BoardEA3250bootloadersnos1l

If you want S1L, restore kickstart and S1L per the instructions here:
http://www.lpcware.com/content/project/lpc32x0-cdl-boot-loaders/ea3250-boot-loaders/restoring-ea3250...
and install u-boot from within the S1L environment per the instructions here:
