I am working on my own custom hardware using LPC3250. I want to use maximum size for NAND flash & SDRAM. I studied almost all the concerned section of datasheet & user manual but can't find any mentioning of size compatibility of respective interfacing.
Does anyone have idea about what is maximum supporting size of NAND flash & SDRAM?
