TRST - Pullup, pulldown or floating ? [ Custom PCB]

Using the LPC1833 TFBGA 100 Pin package I have the 6pin Tag Connect TC-2030 Cortex SWD debug connector connected to the part.
Does TRST need to be pulled up even though it is not being used ?

The TRST pin has an internal pull-up, so an external pull-up is not required.
