Hi friends i have this gadget based on LPC1788 with TFT display. Need to interface with windows to update  or upgrade a firmware in future..in short i need to write a driver which will allow communication between my gadget and windows OS.

Please guide me or suggest me tutorials...thanks.

Hi,

You can interface with Windows through RS232 with UART0 on LPC1788 via the In-System Programming utility resides in the built-in bootloader to reprogram the op-chip flash memory.

FlashMagic tool already has this functionality for LPC1788:
