external nand flash programming

Dear friends,

I need to program external nand flash K9F1G (Samsung) by Keil Uvision. I just don't have programming algorithm to introduce to the software....


Anybody can help???

The programming algorithm for any external flash (nand, nor) is given in the devices data sheet.
Just download it.
Then read it.
Then code it.
