Looks like the board is simply a USB to RS232 adapter. Does it also output DTR and RTS? If not then you have to manually put the target device into ISP mode. As previously mentioned, this is usually achieved by pressing reset and ISP buttons on the board (not on the adapter).

As you don't have any buttons you will need to wire them to your board yourself. Look at the Keil MCB1700 schematic on the Keil website for ideas.

I checked there in flah magic everything is like your saying, there isn't any button on my isp cable, it still give me "autobaudrate fail" when ı  connect to PC's usb, probably there is one more place in flash magic to change options...

In Options -> Advanced Options -> Hardware Config, is "Use DTR and RTS to control RST and ISP pin" checked?

Alternatively, if the board has buttons for Reset and ISP, hold down ISP while pressing Reset, then start FlashMagic.

Are you sure everything is powered and connected correctly?

So where did you 'baught' it?  Ask them...

Which board did you connect?

Not sure which toolchain and MCU you are using. If it's LPCXpresso it could be very helpful to use debugger / programmer like LPC-Link2  :)
