For T2081/T1042 development please use CodeWarrior for PA downloaded from CodeWarrior Dev Tools for Power Architecture|NXP​, the evaluation edition provides 45 days license.

You could purchase the "Developer Level" license from CodeWarrior Dev Tools for Power Architecture|NXP, which could support any version CodeWarrior for Digital Networking products.
