LS1023A and four KSZ8081

Can the LS1023A be interfaced with four KSZ8081 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet PHYs by sharing the EMI1_MDC/MDIO with two and EMI2_MDC/MDIO with the oter two PHYs? Not sure how to connect the KSZ8081 CRS_DV signals

As I can see in the datasheet

KSZ8081 supports MII and RMII interfaces only. While the LS1023 does not support these interfaces. It supports hi-speed serial interfaces (SGMII, XFI …) and parallel RGMII interface which is not compatible to the MII/RMII. Consider using another PHY which has interface suitable for the LS1021A.
