how do i connect freedom to arduino

I have a Freedom FRDM-KE022Z40M which is not supplied with connectors.  I found 0.100" female headers from Digikey that should fit but I do not understand how this will mate with Arduino R3 boards.  Does Freescale (NXP) have recommended connectors that will allow me to connect to the Arduino board?  Do you have any pictures showing the two boards connected?
