Hi,

First to consult whether your device is permanently secured, P&E micro has developed a utility that can indicate if the device is secured with mass erase disabled or if you can still reprogram the device.Attached is a zip file called ProgArmCortex.zip. The ProgARMCortex.exe has the ability to determine whether or not the mass erase has been disabled.

If you don't get the message "Device is secure. Mass erase is disabled. Try to unsecure anyways?" then you can still unsecure the device.

And if you get the message above, so sorry, the chip will never be recovered back to unsecured state.

So customer should avoid to secure Flash with "MASS ERASE DISABLED" option.
