For the CodeWarrior for MobileGT V9.2, I start this software with plugging in the USB dongle, a message appears to say “no valid license key was found”(as follows picture ).it seems the USB dongle has no use, but I had installed the usb driver and the dongle light is red . I think that I had download the right license file from nxp website, and placed to the installed path. So what is the reason ? My computer config : 32 bit , win7 ; (same problem in windows xp system)

Hi Jett Zhou,
We can only support USB dongle use on classic IDE releases using WinXP. The Flex installers in the classic tools don’t play well with Windows 7 or newer. (this also applies to trying to use WnXP mode app)

It will be instersing to see the license file, - 5 error means the license file is not being seen by the application.
I dont see any license file on your account Jett, i will recomend to create a case to review the license file with the dongle ID
. To submit your case into the new system, please follow below steps:
1) Go to http://www.nxp.com/support/sales-and-support:SUPPORTHOME.
2) On the bottom of the page under Submit New Issues, click Hardware & Software.
3) Register with your business email to access NXP technical online support.
4) A verification email will be sent to your account. Click the link embedded in that email to verify your access.
5) On the NXP online support page, select Contact Support from the top menu and click “submit a new case” to start the process.
