Connection to Multilink Universal

My system has lost connection to the Multilink Universal device.  The led indicators are on when the system is connected.  The device shows up in the device manager under Jungo - USB Multilink 2.0

when I try to down load the code to the board


I have reset the computer (shutting down and restart also tried the re-boot option) but still receive the above error.


I hope that some one can tell me how to get the unit back working.
