CodeWarrior Eval. license for MPC8280 w/CW TAP

I need an emulator for my inherited MPC8280-based system, mainly for initial firmware/software load.  I have identified the CodeWarrior TAP with probe tip as a candidate:

Looks like I need CodeWarrior to drive it.  I don't see a version specifically for the 8280, what do I need?  What is the license fee, and can I get an evaluation license while I check it out (for what period)?  It is written in C.

You could use CodeWarrior for PowerQUICC v8.8:

CodeWarrior Development Tools for PowerQUICC|NXP

The installation includes temporary license for evaluation of C code. Remember to installed patch 8.8.6.
