In SUSPEND mode shown in attachment, are these measurements with the IO banks turned on or off?

According to the data sheet the max current for the IO banks is: Imax = N x C x V x (0.5 x F). When we enter SUSPEND mode none of our IO should be toggling so this current goes to zero, however there has to be some quiescent current for each IO bank. Do you have that number or is that included in the total 0.56mW for SUSPEND mode?

Hello,

Only I/O leakage may take place in Suspend DSM mode, which is negligible

and not specified.

Have a great day,
Yuri

Just to verify, keeping the IO voltages on in Suspend DSM mode, should have a negligible impact on the 0.58W number?

Hi,

Yes, but SUSPEND (DSM) mode means also "High-speed peripheral are powered off".

Regards,

Yuri.
