Need 8GB eMMC chipset for i.MX6 sololite

In our medical project - patient monitoring system, we would like to use the same eMMC chip set (SDIN5C2-8G) which is used on development board of i.MX6 sololite. however while searching, we found that this chipset is obsolete now. can you please let us know any alternative eMMC chipset (8GB) which is pin compatible with the current chipset ( SDIN5C2-8G)?
