You can use CodeWarrior for MCU10.6.6's built in flash programmer for the 56F84xxx.

Or choose P&E's Cyclone MAX:

Or you can use DSC Flasher to program MC56F84xxx. Please search 'AN4824' on FSL website (www.freescale.com) to download this tool and help document.  This is a free tool. Thanks!
