I want to read the nand flash ID through GPMI,I write the 0x90(read ID command)and the address,I wonder if performing effectively, which register will show the expected ID(5 bytes), gpmi_data or gpmi_payload register, should I enable the gpmi_eccctrl register?
Hello,
ID data will be located in DMA buffer (DRAM).
You may look at the Platform SDK example. Unfortunately the SDK
is not supported more and it cannot be loaded from the NXP Web.
You may create request to get the SDK.

Hello!DMA buffer is the APBH-CHn-BAR register, right? I can not find where DRAM is, so this process does not need to involve BCH,and does not need to enable the gpmi-eccctrl?
really appreciate your reply!!!thanks a lot!
