Dear community,

The datasheet lists an Operating Temperature Range of -40C to +85C.
Is this range ,Ta (ambient temperature)  or Tc ?

I hope to get the Tc range.

Best Regards,

Koichi Sakagami

Dear Koichi-san,

Based on the ThetaJC value (~70°C/W) and very small max power dissipation (~600uW), the max difference between junction temp (Tj) and top of package temp (Tc) is only ~0.04°C. So it does not make much sense to distinguish between Tj, Tc and Ta for such a low power device.

Regards,

Tomas
