     Maybe you can get messages from page17 or 18 in datasheet, but I didn't find items on "lead finish" , According to contents provided by datasheet, for your design & final product，they are enough.

    I don't know what "lead finish" means, could you explain it in detail?

I am looking for the final finish/plating of the leads that get soldered to the board (Examples: Sn, NiPdAu, SnPb, etc..)
