MC33883 Full H-bridge driver upper level gate to source voltage problem, I am not getting more than 2Vdc at gate to source voltage at upper side MOSFET.

We need more information to do some analysis and give much advice.
Could you please post here or send me the scope shots of all the signals showing the conditions for this issue?
What is the battery voltage?
What is the load?
Is the charge pump operational? If yes, what is the differential voltage between CP_OUT and VCC?
Is G_EN at logic[1]?
It looks like you did not use the recommended clamp between the Gate and Source as shown below. There is a possibility that you might have stressed the part while testing beyond the specified range and may have damaged it. Can you check another unit of MC33883 and check for the voltage without connecting any load?

Today I found cause of negative spike in H-bridge circuit, I think so.
Can anyone help me how to remove it.
Please find required details, you can see clearly opposite pluse after falling edge from positive to negative or negative to positive in image.
