qt5 not running if kernel build outside of the yocto project with version changes

Hello,

Any one can suggest where I am missing as below mentioned log. Here I am working with 3.14 kernel and building separately but in qt5 yocto project of fsl is some another kernel version. Please suggest any inputs.

QEglFSImx6Hooks will set environment variable FB_MULTI_BUFFER=2 to enable double buffering and vsync.

If this is not desired, you can override this via: export QT_EGLFS_IMX6_NO_FB_MULTI_BUFFER=1

could you tell me why not build all the things together in yocto?
