IMX6solo -Unable to Boot EMMC

I am using an imx6solo and an emmc at usdhc4, below are my initialise script, somehow the i cannot detect the emmc that attached in the system.

anyone  can help?

first please verify that sion bid is set for emmc iomux settings, then

please use Manufacturing Tool for programming emmc:

Programmers (Flash, etc.) (9)

IMX6_L3.14.52_MFG_TOOL (REV L3.14.52_1.1.0)
