Generic Timer Module 104 reference Manual

in file : MPC5777MRM.pdf  (MPC5777M Reference Manual) page 1733 I read :"For more information on GTM104, see the Generic Timer Module 104 (GTM104) Reference Manual" , but I can't find these manual.  Where can I find it ?
