Chromium on imx-6

I've created sato image with chromium using fsl-community-bsp. However, when I launch it from desktop, the device reboots.

GitHub - Freescale/chromium-imx​ mentions that you have to use --use-gl=egl. I'm not sure if the desktop link is providing this.

Should this cause the device to reboot if this was the case though?

I'm thinking, if I build x11 image should I be able to run chromium with this option. Has anyone else been able do this before?
