P2010 读写RAM 问题

P2010 读写RAM：K4T1G164QG－BIF，访问DDR2 RAM时，以Word（2字节）和Long（四字节）写入和读出都无问题，但以单字节（BYTE）写入和读出时，就会出错，请问大概是什么地方导致的？

This probably means memory connection is incorrect. Please onen a Case to NXP online technical support and attach your memory connection schematic for verification.
