XFI in the t208x support 1Gbps?

Hi, all.In the T208x, does the XFI support 1Gbps?

According to device datasheet, XFI transmitter and receiver baudrate is specified as 10.3125 Gb/s with tolerance +/- 100ppm

A further question: is it possible to support 1Gbps/10Gbps in a single MAC(port) without changing any hardware setting(switch,jumper etc.)
