Old source or not ?

Hi

I have the source code from my customer. He told me, what the source used in the project for old MCU.

Now I am trying to compile it for MC9S08DZ32 and I see a lots of errors.

I've found in the source used '{' and '}' instead of '(' and ')', '$IF' and 'ENDIF' instead of ' IF' and ' ENDIF', different cases for variable names like 'ChSum' and 'Chsum'.

Is it really the problems of migration from old MCU to new MCU or from old version of IDE to new version of IDE ?

Or it is a broken or may be stolen source code ?

Sounds like the old code was written for the P&E Microcomputer Systems - CASMHCS08 - 68HCS08 Command-Line Assembler - HCS08, Command-Line Assembl....

You can try also with my ASM8 HC08/9S08 Assembler
