A uBoot-Crash caused by "dead beef"?

I do really like the right sense of humor, but here is a real Bug inside uBoot (its fdt-interpreter/library) and the Board-Description-Data from Freescale is clearly erroneous!

Exist an intact and working Flattened Device Tree for the TWR-P1025-Board?

Exist an alternative Way for setting the Baudrate of the second Serial Port?

Greetings

Erik
