Is there any IMX6q iRAM loader to do stress test on DRAM interface ?

Hi ,

We are developing IMX6q processor based system which has 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM.

There is a requirement to develop a custom test suite to verify the DRAM address and data lines .

Please let me know the build procedure  if there is any stripped  version of uboot  that shall run from iRAM is available for iMX6q .

one can use mfg tool, configuring ivt header for internal ram,

as in example below:
