Hi everyone,

is somebody aware of an example code and circuit diagram that uses FlexBus (on K22) for emulating the Intel 8080 parallel bus implementation (separate Read and Write signals)?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Guenter,

Please check the attachment.

The attachment is a FlexBus_LCD demo, the K22 control the LCD by using the Flexbus module.

Hi Ping,

thanks! This goes in the right direction. The speciality is that on Intel 8080 you have separate read and write signals (unlike on Motorola 6800 where a single R/W signal is used).

I don't know if anybody has ever worked on a solution with FlexBus to interface it to Intel 8080 bus with or without external logic.
