MPC5746R, Hardware Design for MPC5746R Emulation Device

Hi.

Customer use MPC5746R (Rainier) Emulation Device (292-MAPBGA package). Something need be clarified as below:
- VDD_HV_IO_BD pin, supply 3.3V or 5V for this PIN?
- VDD_LV_BD supply voltage is 1.2V. where is the power supply the 1.2V, from VDD_LV? from external 1.2V power?
- How to use pin LVDS_TEST_N and LVDS_TEST_P? Connect to 3.3V/5V or Ground, or no connection?

- VDD_HV_IO_BD should be 5V, it can be tied with VDD_HV_IO_MAIN, VDD_LV_BD can be supplied externally nominal 1.25V or VDD_LV but the supply need to be capable to provide enough current than the normal MPC5746R spec in DS. Regarding the power sequencing PD(Production Die supplies ex VDD_LV, VDD_HV_IO_MAIN etc) & Buddy supplied need to be powered up same time or Buddy need to be powered first then the PD.

- LVDS_TEST_N and LVDS_TEST_P should be NC ( No connect)

also refer the AN5181, it will give you the NXP Adapter solutions for ED devices.
