Eclipse was introduced in 2010.
The last version based on Classic IDE were released in 2009 - 2010 and may be some specific patches in 2011.
All new development tool chains are now based on Eclipse:
- CW for MCU V10.6.4,
- CW for PA V10.5,
- CW for StarCore V10.x,
- CW for ARMv7 and ARMv8.
We don't provide any patches or updates for classic versions.
Take an example -> HCs08.
The CW for MCU V6.3 is the last version based on Classic IDE released in 2009.
CW for MCU v10.6.4 is the last version based on Eclipse released middle of 2015.
A new update is planned for end of 2015.
We don't recommend to use the Classic IDE version for new development tool.
