I am facing the problem with my product in which the USB thumb drive itself going bad after continuous usage, USB can not be formatted by computer also . However my device continues to work with the different USB device.
Is there something I can debug in the firmware related to the file format or something? Is it possible that some wrong handling/exception in software can corrupt the USB permanently?
