SPL is failing because of new memory and size

Hi,

We have got  customized board based on reference design of IMX6QDL . Difference is memory technology. Reference board is DDR3 (1GB) where as new board is LPDDR2 (512MB). We are Denx u-boot source for building. Can anybody guide us what are all the files those we need to modify.

We have some technical literature (attached) which states that if RAM is new SPL will fail.

can anybody tell us all files those need to be changed.
