we have identified P1015 for our new design.kindly suggest me suitable DDR3 memory with industrial grade
DDR3 memory is not what Freescale produces. We can recommend to consult with DDR3 manufacturers which industrial grade devices are available on the market. The P1015 supports any JEDEC compatible DDR3 memory.
