How to Debug Custom board processor MK20DX256VLL10 ?

Hello All ,

I am using Custom board and I want to debug MK20DX256VLL10 controller.

I have also J-Link PLUS Debugger prob but in that also i am facing problem.

I have FRDM K20D50 , KL25Z , KL26Z , K22F boards and i have TWR K60D10 and KV10Z boards.

I can debug MKL25Z128VFM4 , MKV10Z128VLF7 and MKL26Z256VLH4 controller but facing problem in MK20DX256VLL10 .

I have also J-Link PLUS Debugger prob but in that also i am facing problem.

Hi Keval

Have you check that you do have any manufacturing problem like a open or solder short?

Would be possible that you send me your schematics?
