Hi,

it is hard to say what could be root cause for that issue.

There should not be any significant difference however 1M84E maskset is never than 1L15Y – some of modules were updated.

So, you could use some not allowed operations in your code which works on older maskset due some error and it didn’t work on new maskset simply due to hardware fix.

Second option is that your PLL circuit is designed somehow on edge and PLL could be influenced by different organization on die.

Please review your clock settings and external filter parameters. In attachment you could find PLL and PLL filter calculators.

Could you please share your PLL routine with us (with information about oscillator and requested bus clock)?
