How to read temperature of the processor P1022NXN2LFB

Hi,

We are using P1022NXN2LFB processor in our design. Please let me know how to read temperature of processor. In reference schematic,  pin B26 and A27 are meant for this. But as per processor datasheet, this pins are NC.

The board was designed at an early stage of the device development. Later the temperature diode functionality has been de-featured; it is not characterized during manufacturing and can't be used for reliable temperature measurement.
