iMX6 32.768 Xtal question

For the 32.768KHz RTC crystal I cannot get the typ. 50K series and the 10pF load as called out in the data sheet,

So would it be better to lower the capacitance and  increase the series resistance or increase the capacitance and
maintain the 50K series resistance.

increased capacitance may lead to increased power dissipation in the crystal, as

noted for example in CHRONTEL AN-06:

it is not recommended that extra capacitance be added to pins XTAL1 and XTAL2

of the clock chip unless it is absolutely necessary
