Hello Champs,

From Table 97 of DS, EIM_EB0,1 are Input for setting BOOT_CFG4.

From Table 100 of DS, the state of EIM_EB0,1 immediately after reset and before ROM firmware or software has executed, is Output.

From Table 101 of DS, "Before Reset State" of EIM_EB0,1 is Input.

If above all tables are correct, is this right understanding ?

EMI_EB0/1 are latched in BOOT_CFG4 in during the reset stage 1 below?

Yes, your understanding is correct. The boot configuration signal inputs are latched at the time of the Reset signal de-assertion, and then they are immediately switched to their regular functionality.

Yes, your understanding is correct. The boot configuration signal inputs are latched at the time of the Reset signal de-assertion, and then they are immediately switched to their regular functionality.
