iMX28 Battery Charger not charging

I'm having problems to enable the Battery charger on my custom Board (Running Windows CE 6.0)

The problem is that the charge current is only about 45mA@3.77V (I'm setting the Charger to 500mA, having a stable +5V Supply  with up to 1.25A)

The HW_POWER registers are:

I somebody is so kind to take a look at my register settings and pointing me to the error, i would be very glad.

Hi Martin

reason may be that 4P2 LinReg and battery charger both share the 5 V current, while

4P2 LinReg is having priority, details for setting charger current is described in

attached app note sect.5 Battery Charging Subsystem.

After some more test's i change the HW and magically the charger started working, I have probably broken the charger circuit on my 1. Board.
