Interfacing 16 it DDR3 with P1013 processor

We are Using P1013 power PC processor and we need to interface 16 bit DDR3 memory. But as per the P1013 datasheet it say it can support only 32/64 bit. Can you pleasd confirm if we can interface single 16 bit DDR3 with processor or we have to use two 16 bit DDR3.

You are correct, P1013 supports only 32-bit and 64-bit DDR bus interface. So you need two 16-bit devices to form 32-bit bus. Note that MDQ[0:31] data bits should be used in 32-bit case.
