Hello everyone, still a newbie here. Currently working with a hardware engineer for design a custom board similar to the i.MX28 EVK. I know there are a few options for DDR2, most of the known working DDR2 chips that would follow the same EVK DDR routing have EOL'd. I know I can contact every supplier for DDR chips, but they will obviously be slightly biased. IF everyone can post what they have used or known to work well in the past/currently it would be of great help!

This will give me some confidence and direction to help isolate and compare with vendors. Other memory chips this isn't as critical, but it seems that DDR with i.MX is very critical.

Thanks in advance!

Any JEDEC-compliant DDR2 chip can be used with i.MX28 series processors.

Have a great day,
Artur
