Latest USB stack - Download link?

I am unable to find the download link of latest USB stack. The only link I could find is USB stack v3.1.3, but as far as I know the latest stack is 4.x.x.

Could anyone please help me with the direct link of the latest USB stack?

the latest USB stack is included in the Kinetis SDK: Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|Freescale
