What are the different RTOS are supported for KL02 Soc and which are free to use

this is very general question :-). It all depends on your needs and requirements. Some RTOS are free for non-commercial use only, some (like FreeRTOS) are free even if used for commercial projects. I see mainly MQX (Lite), FreeRTOS and uCOS (Micrium) used for Kinetis L devices.
