I'm using mpc5554 for a project.But there are some problem in JTAG. It can't link to the mpc5554.The signal of JTAG is ok(using the oscilloscope，there are pulse on these signal).Is anybody have this problem?are you

Have you tried to set up the board for serial boot mode? Are you able to connect in this case? (choose RAM target)
