Hi we have customized BSC9131 board where we don't have power supply sequencing(i mean all power supplies come at the same time). initially it worked but after some time DUT_GVDD(ddr controller io voltage ) getting shorted with ground. Is it because of power supply sequencing?. this problem is towards the ddr3 controller of BSC9131 chip.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks for any help.

Yes, the device requires specific power sequencing. This power up sequence is a must.

The described behavior may be a result of incorrect power sequencing.

Hi alexander.yakovlev

Thank you for the support.

There is no timing diagram in the data sheet for power up but generally it says ramp up time is 50mS. Can you please share the timing diagram for the power up sequence if you could do it.
