Considering failure mode. If any of the capacitor on VDD_ARM_CAP power rail shorts does it going to affect on VDDARM_IN supply rail.

Thanks for the feedback.

Considering failure mode once again. If  VDDARM_CAP power rail shorts to ground what will be its effect (functional level),

does it damage the device or it has any internal protection circuitry for LDO.

if shorts to ground chip will heat,

if overheated above allowed limits it can be damaged.
