Does Codewarior special edition 5.1 for HCS12x work on Windows 7 32-bit Enterprise?

I have downloaded Codewarrior 5.1 special edition onto laptop running Windows 7 32-bit enterprise.  Started installation of Codewarrior 5.1 as an admin, codewarrior does not complete install.

Refer to he release note , the Windows 7 32-bit system support it .

Please screenshot show what's the error when you install it .
