What is the temperature sensing slope on the S12ZVL? I am reading 110 (10-bit, right just) at room temperature (20C). It doesn't seem to be right.

the slope is dVHT = 5.05 mV/°C (typical). See S12ZVL RM and table A-17. Voltage Regulator Electrical Characteristics

The reading you get may not be accurate since the trimming and calibration process is necessary. Please check the following application note:

The temp sensor principle is the same as on MagniV devices.
